OUR EDUCATORS
Our MaryGoRoundEC educators are unique individuals, who have specific strengths in their chosen subjects. They have excellent knowledge of the subjects they teach. They also have a passion for teaching and helping learners reach their potential.
Our educators are also selected based on various aspects such as character & personality, high school and university results, affinity for teaching, and past tutoring experience. Our educators are also SACE registered and experienced in CAPS, Early Years Foundation Stage and Cambridge Curriculum.
Mary S.
All Subjects from Grade R to 6. English, Maths and Social Studies (History and Geography) to Grades 7 to 12.
Mary has more than 38 years of experience has both an educator (Primary through to Matriculates) and as teacher trainer (NQF 4's and 5's). She has her Honours in English and has completed various Cambridge Professional development courses as well as CAPS for ages birth to Grade 3. Mary has tutored English, Afrikaans, Maths, Science, Social Studies, R.E and English as a Second Language to Adults.
Roanne R.
All Subjects from Grade R to 6.
Roanne completes her Bachelor of Education at the University of South Africa this year. Roanne has taken part in the Eskom Expo for Young Scientists from 2016 to currently, due to Covid-19 things have gone virtual. Roanne has professional development certificates from Ages birth to Grade 3 as well Cambridge Professional development courses. She has also completed her TEFL certification and has 13 years teaching experience including international experience.
Michaela S.
All Subjects from Grade R to 6 excluding Afrikaans.
Michaela passed her IGCSE's at a Cambridge school. She has completed her NQF 5 at UNISA. She is currently perusing her Bachelor in Education through UNISA. She has professional development certificates from Ages birth to Grade 3. She has also completed her TEFL certification and has 4 years teaching experience including international. She has tutored English and Mathematics.
